Santa Monica Condo Sales (Market Update)

Santa Monica condo sales remain strong, even though values continue to fall. If your condo has not sold or received an offer in the first 3 weeks, then you are over priced. We continue to have 60-70 buyers come through each of my listed properties in the first two weeks. Most of my sellers are selling their properties within the first 30 days. The demand is very strong to live in Santa Monica and properties West of Lincoln Blvd.
